Deposit and Final Payment

To reserve a #TheOPName# tour, a non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the departure date.

Note: Due to the inclusion of special features, a slightly higher deposit may apply for #TheOPName# cruise tours and train tours; please call your Vacations To Go travel counselor for more information.

#TheOPName# accepts MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.

If final payment is not received 45 days prior to the departure date, #TheOPName# reserves the right to cancel the reservation and assess any cancellation fees that apply.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the departure date approaches.

Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including accommodations and optional excursions, reserved prior to, during and after the tour. If flight changes, including flight cancellations, are requested, revision fees or airline cancellation fees will apply. If an air-inclusive tour is canceled after air tickets have been issued, refunds will be processed after air tickets are returned. If #TheOPName# cancels a tour, they will re-book passengers on the same tour with a different departure date or a similar tour; if #TheOPName# has confirmed flights on the canceled tour, they will confirm flights for the alternate tour. All re-bookings are subject to availability.

If the alternate tour is not acceptable, Cosmos will refund all monies paid to Cosmos; there is no additional liability. #TheOPName# cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Cosmos.

A handling fee of $30 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 45 days of commencement of services will be treated as a cancellation and new booking; regular cancellation fees apply.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.

Purchase of the CSA Insurance Plan may reduce or eliminate the cancellation and interruption fees outlined above. For more information please call your Vacations To Go travel counselor.
